Being socially responsible is part of our corporate culture here at Swat Fame. Our experience in the global marketplace has allowed us to grow as a company and establish socially responsible business practices.
We are strongly committed to only doing business with suppliers who support our same ethics and values. No exceptions.
As a result, our suppliers are required to comply with our policies regarding:
Swat Fame and Human Rights
Swat Fame has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to forced labor and human trafficking.
Before we work with any new Supplier, a Vendor Agreement must be signed by an officer of both companies.
Our Vendor Agreement requires that Supplier comply with all current and future international and local laws and regulations regarding human trafficking and forced labor, as well as child labor, worker health and safety, anti-discrimination and other issues as related to worker’s rights.
Swat Fame, Inc. requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our product comply with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. Supplier’s acceptance of any order for goods or services constitutes agreement of the terms and conditions as laid out in our Vendor Agreement.
Swat Fame currently performs unannounced third party audits on our largest suppliers, and in 2012, we’ll be pushing to expand the number of our Suppliers who are audited to ensure that they are meeting the requirements as set forth in our Vendor Agreement.
Additionally in 2012, we’ll be implementing new standards and procedures to further strengthen our commitment to social responsibility:
